Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Setvion Technologies (“Setvion”, “we”, “us”), a partnership firm registered in India, for the use of SetStudio. By creating an account or using SetStudio, you agree to them. If you use SetStudio for an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation and confirm that you are allowed to.

1. SetStudio

SetStudio lets you create videos, motion graphics and images, plan and approve them in shared workspaces, and publish them to the social accounts you connect. SetStudio is in beta: features may change, and we may limit who can use it.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for the activity in your account and your workspaces.
• If you manage social accounts for clients, you must have each client’s permission to do so.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect an account, you authorise SetStudio to act on it within the permissions you approve, for example to publish the posts you schedule. You must follow each platform’s terms, including the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram and Threads terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the YouTube Terms of Service.

By using SetStudio’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Platforms can change or limit their services at any time, and that can affect SetStudio. SetStudio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, YouTube or LinkedIn.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give Setvion a limited licence to host, process, copy, transmit and display it, only to provide SetStudio to you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions your content needs, including from the people who appear in it and for any music, images or trademarks it uses. Stock media from the libraries inside SetStudio is subject to its own licences.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use SetStudio to:

• break the law or a platform’s rules, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• publish content that is deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative;
• send spam, or WhatsApp messages to people who haven’t agreed to hear from you;
• spread malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer SetStudio, except as the law allows.

6. AI features

AI features can produce inaccurate or unsuitable results. Review everything before you publish it; you are responsible for what you publish.

7. Plans and payment

Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance at the price shown, plus applicable taxes such as GST. Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing. We will tell you before a price changes.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using SetStudio and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that a platform asks us to stop serving. Where we can, we will warn you first and let you export your content.

9. Disclaimers

We work to keep SetStudio reliable, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every scheduled post will publish, since that also depends on the platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Setvion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to SetStudio is limited to the fees you paid us for SetStudio in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will compensate Setvion for claims and costs that arise from your content, or from your breach of these terms or of a platform’s terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We post changes on this page with a new date and tell you before significant changes take effect. If you keep using SetStudio after that, the new terms apply.
