Data deletion

You can remove the data SetStudio holds about you at any time, in any of these ways.

1. Disconnect an account in SetStudio

In SetStudio, open Settings, then Channels, choose the account and select Disconnect. We delete its access token straight away, and the data we stored from that account within 7 days.

2. Remove SetStudio from the platform

• Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove SetStudio.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove SetStudio.
• YouTube and Google: on the Google security settings page, select SetStudio and remove its access.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove SetStudio.
• Threads and WhatsApp: remove SetStudio from your Threads app permissions, or disconnect the WhatsApp Business account in SetStudio or in Meta Business Suite.

When a platform tells us you removed SetStudio, we delete the data we received from that account within 30 days.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email admin@setviontechnologies.com from the email address on your SetStudio account, with the subject “Delete my SetStudio data”. Tell us whether to delete your whole account or only the data from one connected account. We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days, and YouTube data within 7 days.

What we keep

We keep billing records for as long as Indian tax law requires, and minimal security logs. Backups that contain deleted data are erased within 30 days.
